By creating an account or using Chefforia you agree to these terms. Chefforia is in early access, so features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the app, including sending it to our AI provider when you use import, planning or logging features. Only add content you have the right to use; do not use Chefforia to copy or redistribute material in breach of someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Do not automate access to the service in ways that place an unreasonable load on it.

Nutrition and health information

Calorie, macro and nutrition figures in Chefforia are estimates, some produced by AI, and meal plans are suggestions. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. If you have allergies, a medical condition or specific dietary requirements, check ingredients yourself and consult a professional. You use the information at your own risk.

Third-party content and deals

Recipes you import come from third-party sources and store deals come from public retailer information. We do not guarantee that either is accurate, complete or current, and prices and availability may differ in store.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above. Continuing to use Chefforia after a change means you accept it.

Ending your account

You may stop using Chefforia and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Chefforia is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero during early access). Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
